Google page speed analyzer is giving me the following suggestion. Is there a fix for this?

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

I downloaded version 1.6.6 of the Infoway theme and uploaded it to the wp content folder, but WP still shows version 1.6.4

Any suggestions?

so I successfully installed version 1.6.6, but I am still getting the render blocking JS message when I use google page speed tool.

1. To eliminate render-blocking JavaScript

Please download "functions.php" file attached and replace it with your current "functions.php" file.

2. It is not possible to eliminate CSS render blocking, if we try to do so it will disrupt the site.
