Now I have a new problem...I installed a contact form plugin to go with the site. When I use the "Theme Option", the page shows up when I click on it. When I take it out of preview mode, however, and click on the link again, it keeps directing me to the home page. The link text is entered correctly. I'm not sure what the problem is. Next, I need the bottom page text and sidebar completely removed from the site. I have no use for it, really, and trying to create something just to put it there is problematic. In addition to that, after I enter my text for the circles, the "Read More" buttons are all uneven. I don't know how to even them. I tried adding spaces to the theme options panel, but that doesn't work. I ALSO remember requesting a font change from the default settings to "Century Gothic". I specifically told you that the instructions you gave me didn't help, because I couldn't find where/what you told me look for in order to change it. I was also under the impression that photoshop-royalty-free pictures came with my purchase. I don't have any, and I need one for the slider picture spot, or else I will need you to deactivate that entire block, and just leave it blank. Seeing as how I have paid for the pro upgrade, I would very much like these issues addressed. I asked you once before if you needed me to create login credentials for my site so that you could look at it and fix it, but you have not responded. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the customer support that you claimed came with my purchase. Not everyone knows code, and not everyone understands what you're trying to tell them. If we did, we'd just create our own sites, and skip the middleman, altogether. I shouldn't be ignored simply because I only bought one template; I BOUGHT A TEMPLATE, so I deserve as much attention to my issues as anyone else, because I am still PAYING CUSTOMER. I am getting frustrated, and am EXTREMELY unhappy with the level of service I have received up to this point; I am tempted to ask for a refund. I need my website functional. It's a crucial part of my business. I don't understand why it's okay for yours to be up and running, yet I have to constantly hassle you for help with mine.
