Replace Signup-Form...

I desire to replace sign-up form that is displayed over the slider image with a form that connects to my MailChimp account.

My plugin requires the following code to be place in the theme code.

<?php hybrid_connect_insert_connector(5);?>

Can you direct me to file that this code needs to be placed in and inform me of any other changes that need to be addressed.

Worked perfectly!!!

This was a great solution for me to easily exchange the Lead Generation Form with a form that I was able to connect to MailChimp.

FYI: I used "Hybrid Connect" plugin {paid plugin - I have no affiliate relationship} to create the form and forward the opt-in info to Mail Chimp.

I am sure that the same or similar solution could be accomplished with any application the made the php code or some type of shortcode available.
