Replace the Search Box with a Click to Call Phone Number

I would like to replace the search box in the top right of the header with a phone number. Preferably a click-to-call number. I tried editing the code but blew up the layout.

Can you offer some assistance?

That functionality needs extra customization in the theme, and you need to call free lancer to do that.
