resize images

    I want to change the image sizes for the following area

    1. the 3 images along the center

    2. The image size for the "recent Posts" section

    can you advise where I do this please

    or prefreably make the size of the Recent Blogs image flexible - so that it adapts to any size or format (ie portrait or landscape)
