Hello-- If I install the responsive theme, will all edits I've done to the HTML be lost? If so, how would I best deal w/ this? I haven't made a log of all changes I've done. Please advise as the best way to install the theme w/ minimal damage to all the work I've done thus far. For your reference, my site is www.elitemakeupdesigns.com. Do I need to write someone to get the responsive theme?
Hello, Your Theme option panel and custom CSS data remain intact but you will lose the changes that you have done in your .PHP files after updating responsive theme, You will to perform all customization again.
OK- thank you. Now- is it possible to install the new theme and then revert to the old one while I make the customizations? Do I need to e-mail someone regarding acquiring the new theme? Is there certain code on each PHP file that makes it responsive that I can simply add to my existing customization?
