I must be missing something, please point me to helpful information to make changes to REVIEWS / RATINGS. I am using an iPad mini as a member of public and can't see how they make a review either. :/
Hello, Reviews/Ratings depends on listing visitors. You can approve comments through Dashboard > comments. And approve those comments. from there..
Hi Nitesh, Apologies for taking so long to reply. Maybe I wasn't clear with my question... using your EXAMPLE data I have loaded my test website and within it I cannot see HOW a review is completed. I can see that they will appear in comments, although I'm not sure that is where they should be if they are specific REVIEWS not comments. Please point me to documentation or Youtube videos that explain the theme better. Thank you. James
Hello, Geocraft is a business listing theme That's why we have pronounced it as a "Review" but in actual it's a comment. And you can approve comments from Dashboard > comments
