Hello Sandradohn, You have to make account on https://en.gravatar.com/ site and upload your profile pic their, because wordpress uses Gravatar to show users profile picture. Make sure that email address your are using in gravatar should be same as in wordpress. Thanks & Regards Yogesh Bhade
Ok, I created a profile as instructed and it is not showing up. I also put the same email in the profile as I used on the website gimproductreviews.com Please advise. Thanks, Sandra
Hello Sandra, Did you make account on https://en.gravatar.com/ site ? Did you upload profile pic on https://en.gravatar.com/ account ? If yes then enter your email address(which is used to make account on https://en.gravatar.com/) in dashboard as shown below in screenshot. That will resolve your issue. Thanks & Regards Yogesh Bhade
