Right-to-left language support

Hello,
Do you have any CSS stylesheet to add support for language written in a Right-To-Left direction?
I have found some information here that suggests to create a stylesheet using "original style.css" and saving it as "rtl.css" and changing all the value (from right to left and vice-versa). It is not said where the location of rtl.css should be.

I appreciate your help in advance.

 

Our themes do not support RTL language.
You can convert your site to RTL by "RTL Tester" plugin.
But it may create some styling issues.
