RTL support / Forth Footer

Hi,
The new update includes the RTL support which is great.
However some texts still display from Left-to-Right. I managed to change the direction of someone them by adding the code to styling option. Fourth Footer is one of them that I couldn't correct. See the picture for reference.

All the issues were solved except the menu. The left menu border (divider) is missing. Pls see the picture below.

We have visited your website and its seem that left menu border look fine.

It looks fine in IE and G Chrome but not in FireFox. Any idea what could be wrong?
