Unfortunately this is not possible ink member are based on Paypal payment gateway.
Paypal support currency given below in link.

Ruble is in the list on the link! Paypal has started working very recently in rubles.

Please have a look if you can add paypal. I have been receiving payments in rubles for some time without issue in paypal.

Hello !

We have added a feature to add custom currency that supported by pay-pal.

Classified Settings=>Advance settings=>Manage Currency=> add custom currency.

So please download a fresh theme and create currency according to your requirement.
