Russian language doesn't work

    I can't see russian language.
    What to do?
    Help please!

    Hello,
    To put your own language in lead capture form you can follow the below screen shots. You can write in your own language in the given text area to change the headline text, message sent successfully etc.

    How to be with him tables in MySQL?
    I understand that with new plugin will be created a new tables...

    Hello,

    Hope doing good.

    I would rather suggest you to kindly remove the old plugin and simply do the fresh install of the new one that we have mailed to you.

    It will work for you.

    Also, I will suggest you to kindly create your site content backup as well.

    To create a backup:

    Go to Dashboard->Tools where you will find Export website contents.
    just do like this and in this way your site's backup would be ready.

    Why you talking about remove and backup just now?
    Why you don't writing how to remove old plugin?
    How to make backup I know!
    I have a problem problems with this plugin.

    Hello Starkow,

    Hope Doing Good.

    I certainly understand your concern.

    To install the latest plugin you just need to delete the old one.

    As far as tables and SQL is concern it won't effect anything, So you do not have to worry about it.

    What you simply has to do is delete the old lead capture plugin that do not support the Russian language and just install the new one that we have provided to you.

    It will start working.

    I asked you to create a backup just for security reasons.

    If still you are facing any trouble while installing it let us know we will do the needful for you.

    Hope that will clear your doubts

    But how to delete old plugin?)
    He included in theme instantly.

    Do you understand what I need?
    I don't need to install any themes again.
    I need to install your fixed plugin, but before I have to delete old plugin correctly.
    I will not reinstall WordPress and theme.

    The theme that we have sent you on mail, in that there is no need to remove the plugin as we have already removed it and sent to you. All you need to do is just to install the plugin after theme installation that we have sent.

    If you are facing difficulties then kindly provide us we will do the needful for you.
