Sales Junction 403 Forbidden When trying to install WooCommerce Plugin

Hi,

just installed the salejunction theme on inner page of client's appointway site.
When I try to install the woocommerce plugin in appearance>install plugins, I get a 403 forbidden.
I take it this is a required plugin for theme to work so what do I need to do to fix this?

Hello,

Theme don't have such problem. I think your server is generating this issue.
So please download theme again from your members area and upload it. It will resolve this issue.

I deleted old theme, downloaded theme again and installed, still getting the 403 forbidden when I try to install the woocommerce plugin...what should I do next?

Goto
(Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> ) of your dashboard deactivate all plugins and then install new plugins.
If still generate errors
please send us your WordPress dashboard login details also the link of this thread at [email protected]. so that, we can have a look over the issue in detail.
