Schema change - header.php

Hi,
I am trying to change the schema via my header.php.

I do this always to all of my Appointway sites.

This time. it will not accept the changes. I have tries this many times over two days. It will not accept the changes.

I have a new Schema which I need to put there urgently.

Can you help me with this this?

I contacted the new host people about this.

It turns out that they have not activated some 'permissions'.
They will do this Monday.
