Search Not Working

I'm struggling with my site www.SouthMetroDenver.com

1. the search is not working - seems to be pulling from posts, not listings
2. cannot figure out how to change the content at the bottom of the page above the footer
3. any other advice to streamline the site is appreciated, still adding pages and links

1. It seems that you have missed creating a search page or your search page might have got deleted somehow.

So to resolve this issue. Kindly create a search page and assign a search template for the same. It will solve your issue.
