Search not working

My site is http://www.flatheadguide.com and searching on any term yields an error page that says, "This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?".

Search was working prior to the last theme update.

Hello,

I think you have trashed "search" page. That's why this issue is occurring.
Go to the pages > Trash and restore from there.
