    How can I enter the Norton Secure Order Page & SSL Site Seal image in the footer area. Also, is there a way to change and customize the accepted payment images?

    Hello,
    Goto,
    Appearance ->Widgets ->
    And add text widgets in one of the four footer widget area.
    In that text widget you can paste code.
    This will solve your issue.
