I have checked in www.houseskill.com. tweeter button and other buttons working fine at our end. The tweeter will take time because tweeter's return data after post will approve.

I have checked that twitter share button. Its taking more then 10 min to 15 min to update. I don't think so any application should take that much time to update the twit. Kindly recheck and give the optimum solution.

But, it totally depends upon twitter response, as we have built in code for it in our theme,

You can cross check the twitter counter using some other plugins in your site,
