shop disappeared

Hello, im running Salejunction pro on WordPress 4.1.The woo commerce shop has disappeared from the page leaving me with "Product not found. Install plugin first." The settings have gone from the admin panel as well.
It also wants me to activate my license for WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping 1.0 license but doesn't accept the key.
Has it got to do with the update to 4.1?

Please deactivate all plugins except wocommerce plugin and check it.
