Shop page problem

Hi
when i open my shop page it spreads across the screen and does not look like you sample page with the products in a box?
i have tried installing a press copy from my members area through FTP and Wordpress but still the same?
Can you please advise what i need to do ??

We have checked your website and it is working fine, I think it is a cache issue, So please check your website in another browser and clear your device cache.This will solve your issue.
