Shortcode not always working, help?

I am using MailChimp form by ContactUS.

I am trying to put the shortcode for a inline form onto my Pages and in my post.

I seem to have problems with some shortcodes not working on my website.

I have been having a conversation with ContactUs, but they are unable to figure it out so far. I thought I'd ask here and see if this was something you are familiar with. I am glad to forward that conversation, if you think it is relevant.
