Shortcodes not working

I have never been able to get shortcodes to work on my page. I have tried inactivating all of my plugins, but they still don't work.

My website is www.jdcakery.com.

I have the following shortcode on on jdcakery.com/gallery/cake page:

[ReflexGallery id='1']

This should pull in my Reflex Gallery, but it doesn't.

The only gallery I have been able to get working is the WP photo album plus by using the following code:

%%wppa%% %%cover=1%% %%align=center%%

You can try NextGEN Gallery Plugin insteadof Reflex Gallery, for this issue.
Download it from the link given below and install it from the Plugins panel (Plugins ->Add New ->Upload) in your Dashboard.
