I've purchased the GeoCraft theme, but have not done anything with it yet. I bought it because I found the design to be elegant and it appeared to offer simplicity in its operation. However, now I'm wondering - having seen all of the issues that have come up in this forum - whether it is wise for me to invest time and effort in using this theme. I basically want something that will work intelligently without ongoing problems. What do users think? Will I end up with a working theme that will make directory development easy or will I encounter a lot of headaches? Should I wait a while for all the fine-tuning to occur or would it be better to seek alternatives? Thanks for your comments.
I like the theme, I've put many many hours into getting it fine-tuned now. Only wish there was more admin help since it is hard to be working on something & then have to wait a day or two for an answer (sometimes that answer isn't the solution & so have to wait another day or two) ...hoping for quicker responses from support cause I'd love to give them a big thumbs up in all areas!! They have helped me every time but the time lag is painful when you have deadlines.
I like the theme and the support has been very good. They have been answering the questions promptly but like Joshua said there is a lag in when the question is asked to the answer solved. There is just so much issues with the theme.
