Show only 1 blog post on front page, but more in blog link

Hello. Is there a way to show only the most recent blog post on the front page and all the rest under the tab titled "Blog"? I find the option to choose, but it effects how many blog posts are shown in both places.

Go to Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most
and set the numbers of post that much you want to show in your front page.
