Sign up confusion

I have a membership plugin which is causing sign up confusion.
The plugin is essential to my site but I have 2 separate sign up/registration options when users arrive at the site. The videocraft one and the member one.
The new member sign up option is the one I need people to use as this pulls all the correct information together.
If they sign up using the existing videocraft one then the site doesn't recognise the user for my other features.
My question is - can I simply remove the sign up and logout tabs on the existing videocraft theme so my users only have the member sign up tab visible ?
Or can I redirect the videocraft sign up to my new member registration page ?
Either would work - I don't necassarily want to remove sign up option totally for videocraft more hide it.

Hello,

If you remove the default SignIn and SignOut form then user will not post video in your site.
