Site hacked, text coding UTF-7

Hi. My site www.cleancare.fi got hacked and they changed text coding to UTF-7. How do I change it back to UTF-8
This is the message they left on my Site Title:
+ADw-/title+AD4-HacKeD By Dr.SHA6H +AHw Fuck All Site +AD0)+ADw-DIV style+AD0AIg-DISPLAY: none+ACIAPgA8-xmp+AD4-

I have restored the site from backup, but the text coding is still UTF-7

 

Please specify where you have stored your site backup.

 

It's a BackUpWordPress -plugin. I can send the old Backup and the hacked backup if you need them.

Plugin is professionally code so I personally suggest you to ask help from the plugin development company or the hosting/server company. As they can easily answer this question.

We never make any changes with UTF format.

I'll ask the hosting for help for the .sql -database file.
