Site hacked - viagra spam

My site is displaying a text advertisement for viagra in the top left corner of the header. Viewable in Chrome. Doesn't seem to appear in Firefox.

How do I remove this and prevent from happening again?

Thank you. That removed it. Any advice on security holes I need to close up that will prevent this from happening again?

Hello Dave!

Some time these occurs because of plugins or service provider like hosting etc.
Change passwords in every 3-4 months and password should be strong. This will make your website more secure.
