Site Hacked

Website has been hacked and there is now a dead link appearing when accessing from a mobile application.
Previously there were some letters when accessing from a PC but those appear to be gone. Also, someone/thing has been trying to access my website for the last 24 hours minimum. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Please change all passwords, keep your data backup and remove less required plugins or doubt full plugins. One by one disable and delete them.
And after this restore your website.

Appearance=> Editor=>index.php
