site not playing videos

    Ive tried uploading video to the hosting site and nothing and I tried using with a youtube link, still wont play. I must be missing a step. im just starting any advice would be great. please list step by step

    Thank you so freaking much. so basically you have to use the url from the browser not the created on youtube makes and you have to have a thumbnail for the appearance.. A BIG THANKS AGAIN!!
