I have written to you about this topic before to ask why my site does not load properly on iPads and you looked at my site and told me that it was loading properly, however it isn't for me and I have had several customers tell me that they cannot see any content on our website and they are on an iPad. In addition the sliders do not appear and the drop-down pages do not appear under the parent pages. I have reviewed your colorway sample pages and they all load correctly on my iPad, and your slider images appear however I do not know if there are any drop-down pages under the parent pages as none appear. On my website the user just has the option of opening the main pages and my content is all in the sub pages which cannot be accessed. my My website is Urbancabin.ca

I have attached a screenshot from my iPad. You will see that in addition to the slider not being present the main parent pages do not show unless I go to the drop-down menu.

Do I need to change themes?

    Two more screenshots:

One of my iPad held horizontally, which shows the parent pages, but again the drop down pages do not appear, and again the slider does not appear.

    Hello,

We have checked your website but not found drop down issue, your drop down menu is working fine.

    For the slider issue,
It seems that you are using bigger image for your slider due to which the slider images loads slowly on your site.
See the image link for reference

Use slider image of dimension 900 x 355 pixels.
This will solve slider loading issue.

Thanks Piyush, I size them all to the recommended size of 897*355, so that shouldn't be it. I have another website that loads fine, and the menus drop down too, so not sure why this is not working: Maybe I have too much content for the program?

    Thank you,

    Rhonda
