Site Stopped Working :-(

Hi my site http://www.evolveptuk.co.uk/ suddenly has the following issues.

1. I cannot log out
2. I cannot make any changes to posts or pages
3. I cannot activate, de-activate, delete or add any plugins
4. I cannot update any plugins

I guess there is much more wrong but this is all I noticed today.

Please help..? I donno what to do :-(

 

Update.. I managed to log out after clearing my cache. Now I cannot log in..

I think it's dead.. :-(
