Site Timed Out Can't Get to the /wp-admin

I was trying to load an image onto the theme options where the image goes on the top of each page. I can't get into it so I don't know the right term. I think it was template background. I think the image was too large so the theme timed out and the site won't come up. I am sending an email to support with the login info. The site is vanolaw.com Please reply as soon as possible or just delete the image so it will reload. Thank you for your quick response.

 

My host company got it back online, but the home page content is not coming up on my phone. It is showing a basic theme page. www.vanolaw.com

 

I figured out what was wrong with the responsive issue. My client had a different old theme on his site and just got Woodpecker. When he had the old theme, I had turned on the responsive setting on the JetPack plugin. I turned it off and everything is fine.
