Hey Harish Actually I went to b2bcalssifieds and it was slow to load. In saying this, I think the theme itself is the problem as mine is the same. DOes not matter what cache plug-ins I run or which hosting services I use, the geocraft theme loads very slowly. At the moment I live with it but it is certainly not good for the site.

We have shifted our website on the new hosting provider and its working fine you can check and let me know. If you are facing still same problem we suggest the 1and1.com hosting provider is good one for hosting where geocraft theme working properly.
