Slider arrows move up and down

The arrows on each side of the slider images jump up and down slightly. All the images are the same height (796px). Can this problem be fixed some way so they don't move. The first image is the most different. Our site is not yet live - thenaturallift.com

If you are using same height images, then they do not move up and down, So please check the images once more if any one has different height, then edit that image with the help of Photoshop or with any other image editing tool.

I had already resized them to 796h. Just went through my media library to confirm and that is what is showing for each of the five sliders we have. I just removed and re-entered the image URLs. The slider arrows still move.

UPDATE: I used your suggestion of entering this code, changing the height to 750 which seems to look best. Arrows have stopped moving. Resolved!
