Download updated version of theme from your members area and upload it, This will solve your issue.

I have the current version of this theme, but attempted the re-install and still having the same issue...

My version:

subscribelytheme WordPress Theme v1.0.4

I figured it out. It was styles.css that was giving the issue. I grab the .css from the demo site and replaced it with my version from the download. Now my button is normal!
