Slider & Columns not working on HOME page

I uploaded slider images and front page column images and content, but it's not showing up on the home page. Is there something I am missing? I thought maybe by changing the FRONT PAGE ON/OFF option, it would work... but still doesn't. Please HELP! Thanks ))
