Hi There, I have modified the Slider to use a Feed from the Posts (with a category of Slider). This works well and am able to get the slider posts working. This issue I have is that I cannot see where the pagination function receives the required quantity. Please look at http://www.capacityit.com/doyalsonwyeesoccerclub for what is happening.
Hi Praveen, Sorry that did not work. If you look at the page there are always 6 dots in the navigation regardless of how many posts there are. At the moment I have 3 posts in the slider section but I cannot figure out how the change the number of dots. Looking in the DOM Explorer it is the UL at Container_24 Grid_24 main_wrapper slider_wrapper #slides #slider_nav #slider_pag The settings as you mentioned were by default set to 10 and 10. I cannot see where it gets the 6 LI items from.
Hello ! We provide 6 image to use in slider and navigation depends on the slider images. You are using blog post on slider this will generate other issues. You are advised to simply fill all 6 values from theme option panel without any issues. Thanks & Regards Pramod
Hi Pramod, The problem with doing the 6 image slider it requires the customer log in to update their own information. They are not confident in this. Giving the ability to use a Blog Post mechinism is much better and provides Great flexibility. I am able to do it on the Nutrition and Figero themes without issue. I would have thought that this would be similar. Could you at least point me to where I can find the navigation functions with in Nutrition and Figero and I will modify to suit ?
Hello ! There is not any option for this in theme. Generally we use slider for images and links and all the things are predefined . This required lots of code customization, So please hire a freelancer to make such type of changes or do it your self. You can find slider code in index.php. Thanks & Regards Pramod
