Slider next and previous buttons different on diff browsers

Hello

The slider next and previous buttons are showing up differently between different browsers. Internet Explorer doesn't have anything, Safari shows square outlines, FireFox shows FO01 and FO02 and Chrome shows Fi and Fl.

Is there a way to standardize this?

I have made significant alterations to the page and don't want to just upload the updated version and erase my previous work. Could you specify what is changed in order for the slider next and previous buttons to be standardized through different browsers?
