slider setting custom work job

Hi,

I was wondering if I can hire someone to do a little custom work on the slider settings?

Would I would like to do is instead of having slider images. I would like to have a split screen.
The left side showing my youtube video, and the right side showing the lead form. I much rather hire someone that knows the theme and code. Let me know please. Thanks!!
