Slider speed not adjusting

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the speed of my sliders to change. Under "Slider Settings" i've changed the speed to 8000 and have not seen any difference (I've also tried many other speeds with no luck). The slides only show up for about 3 seconds before changing.

I'd also like to change the way that the sliders change. I'd like them all to fade rather than split apart in different directions. Is there a way to change that?

The slider speed not adjusting was a theme issue, and we have fixed it. You can download and update the latest version from the members area.

Regarding the fade effect, I would like to inform you that it will require customization.

Thanks for your help. Would you mind giving me some guidance on how to update the theme? Do I need to completely redownload the theme and install it in wordpress? I did try that and was given an error. Destination folder already exists. /home/biblioor/public_html/minormemoriallibrary/wp-content/themes/colorwaytheme/
Theme install failed.

To update your theme you can follow simple steps :-
1. First create a backup of your older theme before updating,
2. Delete the older one from the dashboard,
3. Download and install the new theme.

Hello, I am new here. I have problem with the slider speed too. I have the newest version of the theme, I purchased 59$ just today and downloaded, activated it. I have only 2 images in the slider yet. If I set the speed under 260, they don't move. At 260 and over they have a crazy rush, without brake. What can I do?

Thanks, Priya, I could find out this. I typed and saved between 200 and 3000 a lot of speeds, and as I wrote, I got a frozen image under 260, and a crazy rush over 260 , the same tempo whatever I type. Yes, I need more help, thanks. Otherwise could you recommend a Coming soon plugin where anybody can type an address like bettaszalon.hu/let-me-in.php or something like this? Every Coming soon works if it would be secret behind it. No, anybody may look at the site, only they know that it is not ready. But tell me, how I can let you look at it and help me, thank you.

But I have to disable the Coming soon, for a while. That's why I ask you if it some better Coming soon plugin, there anybody can look at the site behind.

 

There are other problems too.

1. The Feature Columns come up too slowly, The visitors get a white space for a long while. and they beleive that it is empty.
2. The Raleway font in the titles is not useable for Hungarian. It is very fine, but there is not any long Ő ő Ű ű.

But please, begin with the slide.

 

Please, give me an answer. I've paid for the theme and it doesn't work.

 

I downloaded and installed Colorway again. Is it normal that I have to put slide speed to 15000 for a calm speed? I did it and now it works as I want.
Further: the featured columns come up too slowly, How can I speed it up?
There is Hungarian Ő and Ű in Rateway fonts, I could download the font. Please, update Rateway fonts in the theme, because I get uggly ő and ű on the homepage.
I still wonder if it is possible to you to look at the homepage behind the Maintenance page, or we have to disable it or give you login or you have other maintenance page I can download. Please, tell me, how we can do.

For you knowledge, I would like to inform you that "google raleway font" are used in the theme and all the letters come directly from the google.

So, could you please share your dashboard details at [email protected] with some edited screenshot of the concerned area and we will resolve your issue related to fonts..

If you are unable to create screenshots then you can use www.screenpresso.com that will help you to create screenshots.

Thank you, Priya. My screenshot is in my next issue.
Raleway Ű, ű, Ő, ő of the same font as theme fonts. I have all the thin and extremely thin variants on my computer. It is a beautiful font, if it is not blended with wrong fonts.
However I should like to show even that the Feature columns come up too slowly.
