    Hello Sarah,

    Checked your website.
    Slider images at your site are of nearly 2Mb, 3Mb and above. That's why slider is taking time while loading. Try to upload images in Kb. It will improve loading speed.

    What he means is...resize and COMPRESS your image so they load quicker. You can't just upload a 2-3 MB photo...not good web protocol. You need to use PHotoshop or Paint Shop pro or GIMP which is free download.
