When my site updated to the new version of Wordpress, the sliders stopped working. Is there an update to fix this issue? Thanks!
Hello, Greetings from InkThemes! Could you please give a try to reinstall your theme once again and see if this resolves the problem? Here're the steps of doing so... Download the Andrina theme by logging in your members account: http://inkthemes.com/members/member Next, you have to extract the zip file and rename that folder andrina like andrina_new, Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: andrina_new.zip), Now, upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New, Then, activate your theme, This way you can install and activate your updated version in your site, keeping the copy of your older version in your WordPress Hope it will resolve your issue Do let me know if you need more assistance, Thanks & Regards! I too have the same problem. Both the slider, as well as the drop down menu are not functioning. url is www.toryslanding.com The solution you have described above does not work. I followed the instructions, and downloaded Andrina again and changed the name to andrina_new.zip. However it still gave the error message Destination folder already exists. /home3/briangla/public_html/toryslanding/wp-content/themes/andrinatheme/ Theme install failed. regardless of the new name Do you not have a simple 'Update Theme' function?
