Social icons at the footer gone a bit "crazy"...

Hi there friends,
I have just add some "social media" into the Theme Options: http://awesomescreenshot.com/06e25yf978 ...the icons at the top work fine but the icons at the bottom only point to the FB account... can you send me the CSS to delete the icons at the footer of the page?

Thx for the code Gourav, it worked just great, is this issue an failure from the new theme? I would like those icons at the footer to work fine as the ones in the header above if they are meant to be there of this theme too.
