Social Icons & Opt-in Forms on home page

Hello, is there a way to show social media follow icons and an opt-in form on the home page? I used the embed code from my email carrier but the form came out way too big and I don' t know how to make it smaller. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance and I love your theme

Download "social-media-widget" plugin

For opt-in form use "contact form 7" plugin
or
Again use embed code from email carrier, We will try to provide you css code to decrease it's size.

I removed the code and used an image instead for the time being. However if you can show me how to make the embed code smaller - I would love to put it back in. Thanks in advance!
