Social Media Sharing plug in - share per listing ('Like' / 'Share' / 'Tweet' this listing

I want a good, tested, flexible social media plug in that allows me to share
1) the whole directory site
2) share per listing ('Like' this listing, 'Share' / 'Tweet' this listing)

Anyone tested this out and found a good solution?

Does anyone know of a social media plug in that does the above and where you can have a preset message shared?
e.g. 'This message comes from mysite.com, the best site in the world!'
