social media widget disappeared

Hi,

I had the facebook widget (don't remember exactly what it was called unfortunately) which allowed users to directly like my facebook page from my fourth footer widget area. Today this widget has disappeared from my site and my available widgets. Please tell me how to get it back?

 

Now I've noticed that my subscribe widget is also gone?!? What's going on??

 

This type of problem is not seem in any theme, Please check your site at another browser and on other system also.
