We have removed that wrong code as shown in the image given below,
Now the issue is resolved.

Yes, it fix, tq. but i do not edit the code. Is it possible happen by install plugin. Like jetpack, wordpress seo by yoast.?

This issue may be because of plugin.
So you can check it by deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
