Space between page content and footer

Hi - I was wondering about 2 things:
1- how to take away the white space between the page content and the footer. I would like the page content and the footer without any space in between. california-river-rafting.com/wptest/test-column-page
2- Also can you tell me what [col] code I can use to make the middle column wider that the outside columns. I would like a 30,40,30 column sizes.

Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS
