Spam Emails

Hello Guys,

I have been using Appointway theme, recently I am getting a lot of spam email despite captcha being on. Is there any solution to stop this spam emails. How are these emails infiltrating despite having captach?

Please use any effective plugin from WordPress which works perfectly in form to stop the spam.

How to disable the price section of the appointment form, I just want simple form without the price and payment details.

 

Hello,

You cannot remove it from form but you can set it to payment later and its payment amount 0.00$.
While creating appointment set amount/price 0.00$.
After that go to Setting=>Payment settings =>Payment mode => Pay Cash Later.
