Splash Page - Leading to home page / front page

Hey there, I was wondering if it was possible to have a different page apon arrival instead of the homepage.

And then once a link is clicked it brings to the homepage / front page.

I am having a hard time figuring out how to implement this.

I am not getting your issue. Please explain it little more.

 

I want a different page to be the landing page of the website *(what the user first sees) So say I have a page called: 'Splash' created, with its own template applied. How can I make it the homepage, and then after that lead to the 'frontpage' that is already in place.

Yes, It is possible to create static home page.
Go to the Geocraft settings > Theme options > General settings and set front page off from there.
After that go to the Settings > Reading and select your static page from there.

But after setting static page as a home page your default home page will not display.
